The outdoor area enjoys great privacy and offers several corners where you can relax outdoors. The main feature of the backyard is the private chlorine pool, which is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide, while its depth varies from 1.5 meters to 2 meters. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. The area is completed by two porches, the first with a fixed barbecue and outdoor dining area and the second as a chill out. The little ones also find their place in the area set up for games. The property is fenced and has close neighbors. Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and leads to the dining area from where you can access the backyard. Next you will find the open kitchen, fully equipped and with a ceramic hob, which provides a comfortable space to cook your favorite dishes. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and there is also an iron and ironing board in the house, offering all the comforts of home. On the other hand, the house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a full bathroom with a shower for the entire accommodation.
