The building has a fantastic community chlorine pool that measures 45 x 12 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.6 to 2.7 meters. The pool area for the little ones measures 5x5 meters and has a depth of 0.6 meters. The surrounding gardens are perfect for spreading your towel and enjoying the Mediterranean sun after swimming. The charming studio is located on the ground floor of the building. It consists of a large living-dining-kitchen that is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, ceramic hob and washing machine, among others. Our guests can rest on the sofa bed in the living room and extra guests have folding tables behind the screens. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Finally, we can provide a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby. The apartment is located in Torremolinos, a coastal city where you can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean waters. The closest beach to the apartment is Playamar, a beach with dark sand and moderate waves where you can also practice water sports.
