The exteriors of the house have been designed so that we can admire the incredible views while we swim in the pool - which measures 11 x 4 meters, has a depth between 1 and 1.90 meters and is made of salt -, we relax in its integrated bubbelbad - only cold water -, we sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers or on the Balinese bed, or we enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The large garden is also perfect for children to play. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior combines a modern and comfortable style with more traditional architectural elements such as stone, resulting in the perfect fusion. All the rooms are located on the main floor and the large living-dining-kitchen stands out where you can watch Sat-TV, cook on the ceramic hob and eat all together while still enjoying the views. To rest, the house offers 4 bedrooms with AC, 2 with a double bed and another 2 with 2 single beds. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition there is another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The laundry room is separate and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, we can offer you a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby as well as 4 fans. And the windows are protected from the sun's rays with screen blinds. Ariany is a small town in the interior of Mallorca with the basic services for your stay on the island. Its central location will allow you to explore the island comfortably and you will be able to visit the Tramuntana mountain range to the west, the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro to the north, the beaches of the east or the capital, Palma, to the south.
