Not only the 16,000 m2 of land of this estate, but also the privileged wooded landscape that surrounds it, makes our guests feel in a true natural paradise, where they can disconnect and soak up the most absolute tranquility. Here you can even take some pleasant walks after having breakfast on any of its fantastic furnished porches or after a good barbecue. However, the protagonist to alleviate the summer heat on the island is the beautiful salt pool, no less than 12 x 6.5 m and 0.8 to 1.7 m deep. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors in the area but they do not interfere with your privacy.
The interiors of this two-story house maintain a careful and conservative style. The living-dining room is the perfect place for a long evening accompanied by a little music and a well-deserved rest watching satellite television or a movie on DVD. The kitchen also has space set up to eat those delicious dishes that will be prepared on the gas stove or in the oven. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, an iron, a dryer and an ironing board at your disposal. On this same floor they have a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Going up the stairs, there are two other bedrooms with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to a terrace. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, air conditioning and space to accommodate up to two cribs and two high chairs. Finally, you will surely be pleased to know that there are several televisions in the house, all with satellite.
Porto Colom is a charming town that still preserves its oldest side and its old fishing port. On the other side of the port, the area is more modern, offering much more movement, entertainment and services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Being a coastal town, it also has a great diversity of sandy beaches and coves very close, Cala Murada being the closest, 6 km away. If you like sports like golf, just 3.6 km away you have the Vall d'Or course, in s'Horta.
The use of air conditioning is included in the price for 12 continuous hours daily. The schedule is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., although it may vary at the discretion of our guests. If you wish to use it all day, an additional fee must be paid. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
