There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and serves the entire house. The property has a mobile fan, two electric radiators and two wood stoves. Please note that firewood is not included. The surroundings with fields are very quiet. You can visit the romantic mountain villages in the surroundings, such as Selva, Caimari, Moscari or Mancor de la Vall or go up to the sanctuary of Lluc. It is a great area for excursions, whether by car, cycling or hiking. You can even do rock climbing. In half an hour by car you will reach the long beach of Alcúdia, with its fine sand. But the central location of this house means that you can easily reach any side of the island. In Selva you will find a small shop for your basic needs, as well as some restaurants.
